Refund & Cancellation Policy
By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding refunds, cancellations, and course conduct:

1.⁠ ⁠Refund Eligibility

Before Course Start: Course fees are eligible for a refund only before the course begins, subject to a 10% administrative fee deducted from the total amount paid.
After Course Start:
Refunds after the course has commenced will be granted only in exceptional cases of force majeure, which may include:
Serious illness or medical emergencies (with documentation)
Family emergencies (e.g., bereavement)
Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes)
Other unforeseeable and uncontrollable circumstances, at the sole discretion of the course provider
Proof may be required, and the decision to grant a refund will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Progress-Based Limitations: If more than 50% of the course content or lessons have been delivered, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, even in cases of force majeure.

2.⁠ ⁠Student Misconduct

If the course is interrupted due to student misconduct, including but not limited to:

Breach of trust
Disruptive behavior
Use of threats or intimidation
Foul language or hate speech
Inappropriate comments or harassment of any kind
Then:

No refund will be issued, regardless of course progress
All discounts will be voided
The full standard rate for all lessons delivered will be charged or considered owed

3.⁠ ⁠Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be communicated with a minimum of 24 to 48 hours’ notice, depending on the course structure. Specific requirements will be detailed at the time of enrollment.
Missed sessions without proper notice may be non-refundable and non-reschedulable, at the coach’s discretion.
Courses may be deferred or extended at the discretion of the coach, based on availability and individual circumstances.

4.⁠ ⁠Coach Cancellations

Coaches reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons at any time, for any reason.
In such cases, students will not suffer any loss of services or course value, and alternative arrangements will be made to ensure fulfillment of the course.
