What is a class cancellation policy? The class cancellation policy is a set of rules and regulations that both the teacher and the student agree to follow in relation to the cancellation or rescheduling of their virtual classes.

Language Coaching Global understands that unexpected circumstances may prevent you from attending your lesson.

If you know ahead of time that you cannot attend a class, please try to reschedule or cancel your class at least 24 hours in advance.

Our coaches are entitled to receive payments for classes when students are absent without notice. Occasionally, depending on the circumstances, tutors may cancel or reschedule lessons without charging a student for the missed lesson. However, the decision is left to the discretion of the coach.

You can cancel the class for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
After this time, only the full cost cancellation option will be available.
However, students can talk to the coach to see if it is possible to reschedule/cancel the lesson free of charge. The coach reserves the right to make any decision.
